Hopping the VM team can pick up on this. I've just signed up to broadband with start day tomorrow, but not heard from VM/Yodel. Is the hub likely to arrive on the day??

Apologies for the communication not being sent, from checking our service I can see that everything seems to be up and running, did you receive the box in time?
Yes, for info, first message from Yodel was on Sunday evening, then box arrives Monday. No mention in package tracking in myvirginmedia at all. Not the best comms but happy so far with the service.
