Hub and app won’t connect

Hi,

we have a hub 3 that the app recognises but when I try to do a house scan it says it is not connected. We live in a 4 storey house with black spots and also terribly unreliable broadband as it drops out most days which is very frustrating when you are trying to work from home.

It won’t let me order WiFi boosters without doing the home scan first so it is getting very frustrating.

does anybody know how to combat this?

In a 4 storey house you will need something better than a booster or two. They will not be a very satisfactory solution. You really need to invest in a mesh network.
