I set up my new hub and binned all the packaging. I've now received an email to say I need to return it but with not information on how I can return the hub.
How do I go about returning the old hub it says click and collect but how do I generate the barcode to take in to drop it off.

You can request new returns packaging <<< Here >>>
It will also include the barcoded returns label.
