Hub Activation

Hi, I got a new WiFi hub, set it up today but no internet, called virgin who said they can’t activate it as that dept isn’t working at the moment snd couldn’t give me a time  scale for it to be up and running told me to use old hub so put that back on however that doesn’t work, been holding on for over an hour, does anyone know anymore regarding this, I’m working from home and desperately need this to work tomorrow, thanks

I thimk they are having activation issues at the moment, should be resolved overnight hopefully

Hi, thanks for the reply I couldn’t get through so gave up! Tried one more time to activate on the online system and it eventually worked!
