Just received a  new hub 5, do I just swap the connectors from the back of my existing hub, or do I have to do anything with my TV and other devices settings

Yes just switch the cables, and use the Hub 5's power supply.

All Wi-Fi devices will need to be re-connected to the Hub 5's Wi-Fi using the new SSID / Password.

You could change the new hubs settings to mirror the old one and then no WiFi devices would need changing.
