So, tea time yesterday, my internet stopped working done all the trouble shooting including a 60 second factory reset which didn't do anything.

Been advised I will get a technician call out Wednesday 5days after it stopped working!

Issue now is without internet I'll have to take unpaid leave from work, is any body aware of alternative hardware I can purchase that will give my home internet again, can't really afford to not earn an income with cost of everything currently.

You can get a 4G/5G Sim contract for~ £20-40 month with unlimited data and a SIM "router" - some on a 30/day contract. Just search the 4 networks for the best deals in your location

Or buy a Mifi home router open to any network (~£50) and then get a data SIM - look at Smarty - for an example
