Hub 5 - no power cable

I have just been sent a Hub 5 to replace my Hub 3 out of the blue but there is no power cable and the one got the Hub3 does not fit.  I looked on the website but can’t work out how to order one other than calling up.  Can anyone advise? Thanks

Sorry to see that this has happened with the delivery of your new equipment, I can see you have spoken to the team since posting this, were they able to go about resolving this with you?

Yes they said a replacement cable will be with be in 7-10 days.  I oddly got a text saying my next equipment’s been activated though even though it is still in the box.  Tha nos for replying to me

If, by any chance, you don't receive the replacement cable within the timeframe advised, please let us know.
