Hub 5 installed but is not connecting

Just had my hub 4 replaced with a hub 5 as it was over-heating, and engineer has left but it isn't working still. It seems it has to be activated but it hasn't. How long would this normally take? Been 4 hours now and Hub seems to be stuck on "Requesting CM IP Address"

Same here, engineer told me the activations systems are down........

Same issue. Been down 14:40 when I setup the new hub5. 

Seems to be impossible to actually talk to anyone and the online chat just does not work. Shambles. Can anyone help or advise exactly whats going on. Engineers are quick to leave when they arrive without it working. I know they are reliant on remote people activating, but to just be left to get on with it is ludicrous 

Same, I've been in a chat queue since 15:55. And cant get through to anyone when I call the number (0800 953 9500)

Looks like they are not willing to help today. I wouldn't hold your breath ...

Same thing on the phone... recorded message telling me to call back tomorrow.

I waited 2 months for a replacement hub. I cant wait for community fibre to come to my area.
