Hub 5 install problems

Hi all, I'm trying to install a hub 5 but it is flashing green and has been for hours now.

When I check on my meter it is showing downstream and upstream are all in spec however I can only see 4 upstream channels rather than 5, is this normal? Downstream is showing 32 channels. I've checked all cabling and f connectors and they all seem in good condition so I'm running out of ideas on why it won't give me any service.

It's a FTTP house if that helps anyone kind enough to answer!



4 upstream channels is common, that is what we have on an RFoG / FTTP connection.

Have you tried a call to the Hub activation number 0800 953 9500  ?

This could mean there is a update going to it which would make sense.
