Hub 5 flashing blue light.

Had a new hub installed Saturday. Had intermittent Internet Sunday. All day Monday worked fine and been off for the rest of the week, customer service don’t seem to care. When I logged into the router it’s saying obtaining configuration files has anyone heard of this or got any ideas?

We are very sorry for the issues you are experiencing with the Hub. 

The blue light usually flashes when the WPS button is pressed and the Hub is searching for a new device. More information can be found here. 

Can you please confirm if the light is flashing rapidly or slowly?
