So long story short I've had issues since being one of the first customers to get gig1 since its launch in the West Midlands, the hub 4 is trash. Anyway I threatened to leave in October but was told they'll be a hub 5 launching in a few days and they'll offer me that - cling story short since then I've spoken to over 3 dozen agents in various departments some saying yeah will send it by post (for it to never arrive), others saying your engineer will install it when they come (engineer comes to look at the hub 4 no clue about the hub 5) etc etc.
Anyway finally after speaking to various agents today with some saying its still in testing or they cannot offer it even if they wanted or its not in stock; I finally got a eta for the hub to arrive this Friday. Now my questions are a few:
1 - does it work with the newest super pods or should I disconnect them?
2 - does it actually work with he connect app as the hub 4 only recently started working with it well over 16 months since launch
3 - is it still in testing or has it launched for soft roll out?
4 - does it recognise devices connected better than its predecessor as the hub 3 recognised connected devices pretty well but the hub 4 lists the majority of devices as unknown?

The pods will need to be assigned to the new hub by VM.

The latest release of the app does work with the Hub5
3 - is it still in testing or has it launched for soft roll out?
It has been confirmed by VM that it now officially released.
4 - does it recognise devices connected better than its predecessor as the hub 3 recognised connected devices pretty well but the hub 4 lists the majority of devices as unknown?
Unknown, as I alway run my hubs in modem mode.
