Hello, I received an email from VM asking if I wanted to upgrade my Hub 3 to a Hub 4. I accepted and scheduled delivery for yesterday (26 August). I never received a confirmation from VM or Yodel, and it was not delivered yesterday. Can someone from VM please help?

The best time to call is weekdays 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.
