I’ve just switched from a Hub 4 to a Hub 5 via self install. I’m on the same Gig1 package.
On the first day I’ve had several instances of the Hub 5 loosing connection with the light, on the unit, flashing red. It continues to flash red until I eventually restart it. On restarting it’s been a bit hit or miss wether I get a connection or wether I have to restart again. On one occasion I had to reset.
This has happened in both regular and modem-only mode coupled with my own router.
I’ve seen that the VM forum team are fairly active on here and wondered if someone would mine taking a look at my stats / logs to see if anything looks unusual (I can’t face calling up the support line today). Thanks!
