I've had my Hub 4 for over a month now but the Connect App is still showing my old Hub 3 which means I can't do any of the scans.
I've tried to contact the support over chat about 5 times now and... even though I've spoken to someone most times I'm non the wiser
Any help or ideas? Thanks!!
The Connect app and Hub4 are not currently compatible.
