Hub 4 not delivered

I had an email from VM on 29/9/20 offering me a hub 4 upgrade, arranged delivery for 2/10/20 and haven’t heard anything since. Spoke to VM customer services this morning and they advised they can’t help and I need to reply to the original email. 
Can anyone advise on what I should do next as the email was from a mailing list.
