I received an email to ask if I would like to upgrade to the Hub 4 which I took up. I booked it to be delivered today however I have not got it yet or any tracking numbers from Yodel.
Please can you confirm if this is going to be delivered?
I tried to call but couldn't get through after being held for 10 mins
