Hub 4 flashing white then turning red

Hi everyone,

Got my new hub today, after installing it it had a white flashing light for hours, I made sure to call support and activate it (I got 2 messages saying that my hub is activated) after the second message the white flashing light turned red.

I turned it on and off, reset the hub and checked the cables. Not sure what to do next!

Sorry to hear of the issues with the services when setting up the Hub 4.

Can you confirm if the hub is still showing a red light, or if this is now showing the expected solid white light?

Looking at things on our side, it does appear to show that you're currently online and connected to our services.

Yes I ended up calling support and there was a problem with the activation, so they did the activation again in their side and everything started working.
