Hub 4 activation issue

I've upgraded to Gig1 and received a new Hub 4 in the post. I set-up the new hub according to the instructions. There is no internet connection, despite numerous calls to VM today. Installing the old Hub 3 doesn't work either so I've been left with no internet access or a resolution. Any help to get this resolved much appreciated.
