Hi there, I have been trying to set up the new Hub 4 but it never gets past the stage where it fades white - I believe it's trying to connect to the Fibre network. It stays in this stage indefinitely (tested it for up to 3 hours) and no luck. I have noticed the coax cable doesn't go all the way into the socket on the back of the hub, as it does on the Hub 3, so suspect this may be something to do with it, however it really should work as the instruction booklet suggests so.
This is blocking a contract change and I have been on hold on the phone for upwards of 5 hours in total over 2 days now. This is appalling. Please help!
