Hub 4 Red Light

I got virgin media for the first time last night but keeps on showing a solid red light. Overnight they messaged me and said that it has been activated and signal is sent through however is still solid red. Not sure whether to take out all the cables and plug them back are whatever. Please help!

You will need a technician's visit call
