I’ve had my Hub 4 for a couple of years now, my teen was hoovering and managed to suck up the power cable (the bit that goes from the Hub to the transformer) and shred it.
How can I order/buy a new power cable before my teen completely loses their mind at killing the WiFi?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
