for the last week I have had a solid red power light on my Hub 3 router. It has been in the same place for year and had no issues.
It is slightly hot to touch, and I have seen that this may be an overhearing issue.
I contacted customer services and they advised me that it “should be fine”, and that there was nothing they could do on their end. I don’t feel happy with this answer, as I don’t feel I should be asked to keep a possibly faulty electrical product in my house and in use.
has anyone had any better luck getting an answer on here?
