I’m having problems setting up my Hub 3.0 I have called up to activate multiple times and nothing. I have tried rebooting and resetting the router multiple times.
nothing seems to be working.
on the Router’s dashboard it’s showing Broadband (Access Denied)
and the lights in the router has a solid green power light and WiFi light and then the flashing arrows in green.
I have tried calling both the number in the QuickStart book and the 0345 number but both when I go through to the call centre say the call centre is closed even though it’s within in the hours on the website.
