I have the Hub 3 and I cannot access its settings page.
I've tried a reset already and multiple restarts and still nothing.
Can you please help with this? I need to access it to change my security settings.

You are using the settings password, all numeric, and not the WiFi password, alphanumeric?
Try another pinhole reset and be sure to fully depress the reset button for, at least, 30 seconds if not longer.

yes I'm using the settings password, pressed the reset button for more than 30 secs, restarted etc for several times now and still nothing.
Any other suggestion?
Just in case it can be helpful for someone else..
If the steps above, i.e. reset your router, restart etc do not work, then there's nothing you can do. You just have to get in touch with customer service (and be ready to wait around 4h for an answer!) as they have to restart it their end.
