Mine also is still stuck back at .610. That said, it also hasn't reset itself, though the frequency of resets was pretty low so it's hard to say that there's no problem. I now have it in modem only mode as well, just FYI.
I have been keeping an eye on both accounts in the hope that this would be completed, but can also see from my end that neither of you have yet been upgraded. It looks like I'll need to get back in touch with our deployment team to find out what's happening.

I was just heading over to say that this has been chased up and the upgrade should have gone through. I'm glad this has completed at your end!
There don't seem to be any issues in your area or with the service itself, although I can also see that your upstream QAM is variable across the channels. I haven't been able to identify any cause for this, but I'd be happy to book an engineer if you'd like us to investigate further.
Alternatively, you can keep an eye on things over the next few days and let me know whether things improve.
