Hub 3 quick start, flashing green and no internet

I’ve plugged in the red cable to the wall socket and the black one to the back on my hub 3 and have been trying to connect to internet 2 days now. All that happens is the WiFi icon on the hub is green, and the below light flashes green. 

I called the activation line yesterday and she said it would be on by 9 o’clock yesterday evening and if it wasn’t on this morning, to reset the hub. I have now done that and it still isn’t working. 

Any ideas how I can get internet connection?

HI Bkennedy23, thanks for the message and we are sorry for the delayed reply. I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the activation of the equipment and this is usually done within 24 hours of calling the activation line and can be done a lot sooner. Can you confirm if you have now managed to get the equipment activated and resolved. If not then please let us know and we will be able to look into this further for you. Chris
