Hub 3 problems

Hi 

I have tried to access my hub 3 but keep getting a message of incorrect password. I’ve never changed the password that’s on the hub. I’ve gone through the factory reset procedures countless times but to no avail.  I’ve gone through all the procedures including removing Ethernet leads , using a pin to make sure the rest button clicks...keeping it pressed for atleast 60 seconds etc. Still no good. Pls help.
