Hub 3 problem

My hub has now stop working, done the usual tricks but not working, getting 2 constant green flashing, i have booked a engineer coming next week, do they supply a new hub? All the cables are fine.

Your equipment is rented, so if anything is found to be faulty, it is replaced free of charge. The tech will check for wiring/signal issues first, & if no issues are found the hub will be replaced.

Check all the coax cables are secure at the Hub and the wall sockets. 

For an RFoG / FTTP area check the connections and PSU for the ONT.

Call 0800 561 0061 to see if this is a fault in your street.

  • My V6 box is now playing, if I leave for a few hours it just reboots itself, is this connected due to having no internet?

If your V6 has no connection to the hub for more than a few weeks it will automatically become deactivated.
