Hub 3 not connecting

Hey 👋

 

Got our start up kit today, followed all the instructions but for ten hours all we have had is the base light flashing with the wifi symbol lit. After hours of troubleshooting we rang and were told this needs activating and we and an agent on the phone can send us a signal, however the phone lines are closed so the line cut off and the web link they text us only has all the information we've already tried! 

We have reset it a few times and it has now been in it's current state of the green base light flashing for three hours! Does anybody know how to fix this or if there's any way I can get in touch?

Tried this a few times the last few hours and got cut off but fingers crossed the morning brings different news! Thank you ☺️
