Does anyone know how I can get a replacement Hub 3 as soon as possible?
Working from home and this morning I couldn’t get any lights to turn on on the Hub 3!
Any help appreciated,
Check the little switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord, they are easily knocked.
Is the PSU warm ?
Have you tried a different wall socket ?

I finally got through to Virgin; it turns out the box has blown so there’s no power getting into it. I even replaced the fuse on the plug socket but that didn’t work.
replacement Hub 3 is arriving on Thursday.
