Hub 3 - no Internet - Access Denied - virtual technician

I upgraded to a Hub 3 router and 350 Mb connection about a month ago. Yesterday my internet connection stopped completely for no reason. Logged into router which says Network Access blocked. After numerous failed calls to Customer Services, was assured a 'virtual technician' would phone me in four hours. They didn't, surprise surprise. Anyone know what a virtual technician will get me to do and is there a setting in the router I can change to restore Network Access?
