Hub 3 - no Internet - Access Denied - virtual technician

I upgraded to a Hub 3 router and 350 Mb connection about a month ago. Yesterday my internet connection stopped completely for no reason. Logged into router which says Network Access blocked. After numerous failed calls to Customer Services, was assured a 'virtual technician' would phone me in four hours. They didn't, surprise surprise. Anyone know what a virtual technician will get me to do and is there a setting in the router I can change to restore Network Access?

Are you sure it says "blocked" and not "denied" ?

Hi, when I log into the Router Status it says Access Denied but in another section, if that's the right word, it says Network Access: Blocked. Either way, it's very frustrating!!!

If it's denied then it sounds like something customer services needs to fix, it's nothing you can fix. 

If customer services say they can't fix it then you need to wait for an engineer to phone them.

Fair enough. I just have little confidence that any technician will call me.
