I have been given Hub 3 to install at home, in the set up process it is just a cycle of the WiFi light being green, the two arrows either flashing green whilst the base light is solid green or the base light turns white and the arrows flash red.
I have tried phoning up to get help but wasn’t met with a rude employee who just kept saying my account didn’t exist... I was with the man in the shop to set the account up and I have also had emails stating the account exists.
Phones, TVs etc all can connect to the hub but the hub isn’t connecting to the internet. I have spent hours upon hours doing this. Moved it to different locations, restarted it, turned it on and off and had no luck. I desperately need the WiFi to work as it is how my central heating works.
