Hub 3 installation

So, I received my Hub 3 this afternoon and I did all the self install as instructed. I have checked and rechecked ten times but not even once has a light come on on the hub.

Is this an issue with the hub or with the power supply?

Re: Hub 3 installation

Check the mains cable is fully pushed onto the Hub's power supply.

Our Hub3's power supply is just a little warm to touch when it has been on for several hours.

Check the rear of the Hub3 it has a tiny On/Off switch next to the power cable.

If you have a multimeter check the 3A plug fuse and the Hub's power supply should be delivering about 12 volts DC

Re: Hub 3 installation

I assure you I have checked, checked and rechecked the cables, made sure the hub is turned on at the back and even tried a different wall socket.

Re: Hub 3 installation

Have you checked the tiny switch on the back of the Hub3, it’s easily missed.
