Hub 3 delivery

I have simply requested a Hub 3 (Order No WS6758070), as the hub you originally sent me was never replaced, and due to home working it is completely under-powered. I need a Hub 3 to use the Connect app to establish dead spots in my house so that you will send me an extender for the wifi signal to get to where I have to work from.

I ordered the Hub 3 on 31 March and you said it would be delivered on Saturday 4 April. Unfortunately that didn’t happen, and I need to know when I can expect it, as I must have connectivity for my job. Please provide an ETA so that I can decide what to do next.
