Hi,
I'm having difficulty finding out how to order a new replacement for a Hub 3. No lights come on when it is plugged in and I've tried multiple outlets, I'm sure it's completely broken. I can't seem to get a hold of a human to explain I need a replacement sent out and it seems like a waste of time asking a technician to come around.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Hub looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
Can I ask if you've contacted our faults team via phone since you last posted?
If not, that's absolutely fine! An engineer visit is the best way to investigate why your current Hub isn't working, they will also replace the Hub with one from their van if they agree it's completely bust.
Please let me know if we need to get this booked in or if you've already spoken to the team 🙂
