Hub 3 attempts to connect failed 3 times!

I do not think I have the service I am signed up for. Lost connection and hub 3 not connecting to iPhone my virgin media app.


how can you talk to someone to fix?

You dont actually need the connect app for this (or anything!) - your Hub should just connect to the network.

Can you connect a device to the Hub on an ethernet cable and see if that connects to the internet?

Is this a "new connection" or one that has worked until recently?

What are the various lights on the Hub3 showing/doing/flashing?


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
