Hub 3 activation

Guys, what should be done to activate Hub3? The old one is quite rubbish now and keeps loosing connection. The new hub 3 has been sent to me more than a year ago but I did not need to change it as the old one was still functional.

And what shoud I do with the old hub, send it back to virgin?

You could try calling the hub activation number : 0800 953 9500

If your old hub is a Hub 3 then they will want it back. Older hubs (SH1, SH2, SH2ac) are no longer required to be sent back and should be taken to a local recycling centre.
