Hub 3 activation

Received my hub 3 yesterday. Plugged in. Received text this morning to say virgin media activated. Green WiFi light is on and green flashing light. Checked all connections, rebooted etc but still internet access denied. Help!!

Sounds like the activation hasn't happened.

Reboot the equipment and if it failed then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.
You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number.

Following.. i have the same problem. I called some telephone number to activate my broadband , the automated voice said its all done but still dont have internet
