Hub 3 Router - No internet - Access Denied

I've had no internet connection for a week. Upgraded from 100Mb to 350Mb about three weeks ago when new Hub 3 installed. Have done the usual thing of rebooting and resetting but to no avail. All leads/connections etc seem fine. A technician is due to call tomorrow but I'm not confident based on past performance that he/she will show up. My stats from my router seem completely different from what other people have posted - even the date is wrong showing as 1970 instead of 2020. Any idea what seems to be causing the problem?!

Your Downstream and Upstream Channels and Power levels are all wrong.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
