Hub 3 - No internet connection

Hello, 

Wondering if anyone can help please. One of our fuses went off, also turning off our hub 3 box. When the fuse was switched back on, we restarted our Hub 3 and cannot connect to the internet now.

We have a green wi-if light, two flashing arrows and the power light at the bottom is a solid green.  Can anyone help please? I’m meant to be working today but no chance at the moment

Try a reboot to see if the Hub can renegotiate a better connection using this method ...

Switch the Hub off using the small switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord and pull the PSU plug from the wall socket.

Give it a good 5 minutes put the plug back in and switch the Hub back on.

Allow the Hub a few minutes to fully restart then try your connection again.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I was sorry to understand that you've had some issues with your broadband after a fuse went off at home. How's things been since the reboot as suggested by our user @MikeRobbo ?

 

We've not been able to locate your account from your forum information so not able to see how things are your end - please do pop back if you're still having issues and struggling to get the help you need.
