Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Is it common for this to happen? The service status keeps pushing the repair time farther ever time I check. Yesterday it said everything would be fixed by 10.30pm. and at 10.30 pm it showed it will be done by 12.00 pm today. Still not fixed.
The dates VM gives are always estimated repair dates. They are not fixed in stone, so can, and generally do, move to the right.
