Hub 3.0 wps flashing

Hi all, my v3 router just started acting up. It's not connecting to Internet. I've reset numerous times. The wps led(2 arrows) constantly flashing. No access (WiFi or hardwired). Status website shows no issues but still not working. I have booked an engineer but hopefully you can help. Thanks in advance

The flashing arrows denotes no internet. Nothing to do with WPS, which would cause the WiFi light above it to flash. What is the base light doing?

1) White - multiple downstream & upstreams all locked correctly.

2) Green - only a single channel is locked, needs investigation. Possibly intermittent service.

3) Green flashing - unable to lock to any channels, therefore no service.

Either of 2 or 3 would be due to signal levels being out of spec, or severe noise on the incoming line.
