Hub 3.0 internet access denied

Hi

Connected my new hub 3.0 to replace the old 2.0 about an hour ago, router itself is fine and detectable but when I call the number it's saying it can't be activated and that access is denied to the internet.

I'm in area 20, service status is showing strong and the 2.0 router was working fine this morning so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
