Tried to set up a new router and keep getting a US ranging error. No internet connection. Network log showing critical error, no ranging response received. Tried a full reboot and having the same issue. Can anyone figure this out?
All new installs / replacement electronic equipment need to be activated.

This is first I've heard of an activation number. How do I use that to activate the connection?
You need to ring it, with the details on the bottom of your router.
