How to speak to someone not in the Philippines ?

They’ve outsourced the whole customer support to the Philippines. Unfortunately they have no idea what they are doing. I’ve tried to confirm something 3 times with them only to be given the run around for 3 hours.

How can I speak to someone not in the Philippines ?

All calls to VM are routed through the same IVR system which transfers the call to the first available agent irrespective of their location. You do have a bigger chance of speaking to an agent from the UK if you call at 8am when lines first open.

If you advise of your issues  here then the community may be able to help here.  Please note it may take a day or two for a member of the forum team to pick up your post.

If it's regarding a new installation have you tried calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
