How to connect virgin media hub 3 with the connectors on the photo? What parts do I need?

Could be one of the two F plugs, screws into the bottom of hub, but they look like satellite/Sky cables to me. The other socket in an old POTS (telephone) one and is not now used by VM.

You will only have been sent a QuickStart pack if the premises previously had VM. The box and cables may have been removed by the previous occupiers. There should be an omnibox, often brown or gray, on the outside of the premises, try tracing the cable/s from it. If no luck call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Yes. Before I had internet from SKY and Sky TV box. Those two coaxial cables were connected to inputs sat in 1 and sat in 2 on the Sky TV box.

Your former Sky TV connection will be no use for VM.

Have you checked to make sure there is no other kind of connection? Sometimes there is no wall box, just a trailing cable. The cable could be hidden within, or behind, furniture. Occasionally only a very short stub of wire is left behind often hidden within a blanked-off fitting. A couple of past examples are below

The wall box may be branded with the logos of an old cable TV company (not VM). Past occupiers of your property may have removed the cable and sometimes they are removed by other installers, such as satellite TV techs.

If you have a plastic omnibox outside on the wall (where the VM cable comes in from the street) see if you can trace any wires from that into your home.

If no luck, call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the problem and request a tech visit to install a socket.
