How to fix my wifi

Since morning I have been trying soo hard to fix my wifi but it’s just not working (have a hub 5) the wifi was off all morning then came on around 11am. After that the Wi-Fi has been continuously working and not working. I’ve rebooted multiple times and reset many times and it still keeps disconnecting and connecting. And it does this even though it shows my Wi-Fi is connected to my phone if anyone can help id appreciate it

Does by wire work? 

Maybe a faulty hub
