Why is it so difficult to cancel non-contract broadband?
As per others experiences - you call the number detailed as the cancellations number, get through to some idiot who has no clue and forwards you to another department (who claim they are 2nd line technical support, not retentions/cancellations) - and then you get hung up on.
Every. Fcuking. Time.
How can a company be allowed to get away with this practice?
