How to book an engineer

  • Unfortunately my dog has chewed through my cable in my living room. I've rang virgin but they've done their checks and said I'm still online so they can't send me an engineer out. Does anybody know how I can resolve this? Many thanks Mark

Is your service being affected by the chewed up cable?  If the damage is cosmetic only, then an engineer might not be needed. Alo where does the cable lead to?
