Hi, I have recently ordered and received the quickstart pack for broadband. Though I had everything to get this all set up but It looks like there maybe an issue with the wiring as the error messages tell my connectors need to be pushed in more - they are! So simply how to I book an engineer? There is no facility as far as I can see on the website to book one and I can't get thought to anyone at virgin because of the virus situation.
